About the video: SteveKubby2008 wrote: Steve Kubby played a key role in the drafting and passage of California's historic medical marijuana law, but police and prosecutors didn't like the new law and sought to punish those responsible. Filmed in British Columbia by Canadian TV, much of this video was broadcast on national Canadian TV. This video was aired at the 2004 Libertarian Party National Convention in Georgia. Included in the video are actual scenes from the illegal raid and arrest of the Kubby Family.
